Agent Responsibilites

  • Provide all photos, measurements, and documents pertaining to transaction
  • Meet inspectors and vendors at property
  • Deliver earnest money to title company and option fee to other agent
  • Submit any MLS changes (price, status, etc.)
  • Introduce Judy as your Team member and acquaint your client with our service. Make a follow-up phone call to your client after they have been invited into the online platform
  • Route all co-op agent, lender, title company, and client calls to Judy. This will save you time and it keeps us informed of any changes so we can better serve you and your client.
  • Notify us if you should handle any process in the closing. This will keep us from duplicating services.
  • Be available to assist in resolving problems should they arise
  • Call and touch base with your client a day or two before closing and attend the scheduled walk-thru and closing.
  • GO OUT AND LIST AND SELL MORE HOMES SINCE YOU WILL NOW HAVE THE TIME!
