Closing Coordination

$100 setup fee to be paid upon receipt of contract
$250 (one side) to be paid at closing
Add $100 for both sides

  • Create customized checklist
  • Post all documents securely (Docusign services are available)
  • Take care of all communication with parties to the transaction such as phone calls, emails, faxes, scheduling appointments, and any other┬ádetails
  • Keep you, your client, co-op agents, lenders, title companies informed of all details
  • Verify all documents are properly executed by all parties
  • Verify escrow has been opened and all parties have received the appropriate documents
  • Follow up on loan approval
  • Confirm survey has been ordered (confirm affidavit is executed on existing surveys)
  • Confirm appraisal has been ordered
  • Create and maintain calendar of events and detailed task lists
  • Schedule and follow up on inspection, walk-throughs and any other appointments (agents are responsible for meeting clients and vendors)
  • Prepare amendments (except repair amendments)
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and deadlines
  • Provide weekly reports to agent
  • Upload and disseminate all documents, reports and disclosures and provide follow up
  • Create customized CD of entire transaction providing a detailed log of all documents, email, faxes, notes, and conversations
